INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb sugar

• 1 tablespoon golden syrup

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 1 cup milk

• 2 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all but the vanilla in saucepan.

2. Heat slowly to a boil and boil to soft ball stage (about 25 minutes).

3. Remove from heat, add vanilla.

4. Beat until creamy (critical step to crystalize) then immediately put in greased tin.
